Mission
Turn prospecting, messaging and customer conversation into reliable infrastructure — so a small team can reach the right people at the scale a much larger one used to need.
Brain Hours started from an observation we kept running into: the teams that win at outbound aren't the ones with the most tools. They're the ones whose infrastructure actually holds. So we built that infrastructure — and then opened it up.
We spent years in the unglamorous parts of outbound — shipping products, running campaigns, losing domains to bad warm-up, rebuilding sender reputation one week at a time. The commercial tools we tried either hid the hard parts behind a slider or ignored them completely.
Then AI made the interesting half of the job automatable, and the boring half more dangerous than ever. A model can write a thousand plausible messages; none of it matters if the sending infrastructure gets you filtered by Tuesday.
GetRaze is our answer to that — an AI prospecting platform where the agents and the infrastructure were designed by the same people, in the same repository, against the same production traffic. What we learned building it is what we bring to consulting work.
Turn prospecting, messaging and customer conversation into reliable infrastructure — so a small team can reach the right people at the scale a much larger one used to need.
A market where reaching the right person at the right moment isn't gated by headcount, geography or luck — and where AI absorbs the repetition so people can spend their hours on the relationship.
We argue about most things. These come up in code review, in client calls, and in what we refuse to ship.
Deliverability, security and compliance aren't features to add later — they're the floor. Every shortcut charges interest against your sender reputation and ours.
We ship weekly and refine ruthlessly. But a faster wrong answer is still wrong, so speed never gets to overrule judgement.
AI takes the leverage; people take the decisions. Every workflow we build leaves somewhere for a person to review, override and teach the system.
Anyone can send a million messages. We design around the handful that start a real conversation, and accept the smaller numbers that come with it.
Senior, hands-on, and close to the code. Some practical consequences of staying that way:
No account layer between you and the people writing the code. The person on your call is the person who will ship the fix.
GetRaze goes to production continuously. Client engagements run on the same cadence — you see working software, not status updates.
If AI isn't the right answer for a workflow, we'll tell you before you pay us to build it. Being useful matters more to us than being booked.
We like conversations with operators, founders and partners who think about outbound and AI the way we do. Reach out — you'll get a real reply.
